March 19, 2020--In response to Governor Abbott’s Disaster Declaration and subsequent decisions by the Supreme Court of Texas (Misc. Docket No. 20-9042) and the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals (Misc. Docket No. 20-007), the Cisco Municipal Court will be suspending all deadlines and procedures until April 13, 2020. Any hearing, deposition, or other proceeding, including in-person payments, will be rescheduled and/or suspended until the court reopens. You may call Cisco Municipal Court at 254-442-1762 for questions or instructions. You may email the judge at email@example.com, or if you just need to make a payment, you can do so using the night drop box at City Hall, online at www.cityofcisco.com/court.html or by phone at 1-866-549-1010 (Bureau Code 6706661).
Municipal Court, in Cisco, is held between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Juvenile Defendants (under the age of 17) must appear before the Court in person and with a parent.
Minors with alcohol offenses (under the age of 21) must appear in person before the Court.
