Municipal Court, in Cisco, is held between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Juvenile Defendants (under the age of 17) must appear before the Court in person and with a parent.

Minors with alcohol offenses (under the age of 21) must appear in person before the Court.

Deferred Disposition and Driver Safety Course - You MAY be able to have your citation dismissed upon completion of a Driver Safety Course or Deferred Disposition. Click to view conditions and requirements.

Alternative options –   If you are financially unable to pay, other options such as payment plans and/or  community service are available. You MUST contact the court for approval of alternative options  .If you are unable to pay and unable to complete alternative options, the Court will hear sworn testimony and evidence concerning your financial situation to help resolve this matter. In severe instances, the judge can reduce or dismiss fines and court costs upon hearing sworn testimony, depending on the severity of your financial status..

before continuing with online or telephone credit card payments:

  • You must contact the Court for permission before paying Deferral, Defensive Driving, or making partial payments.
  • ​You will need the following before proceeding with your credit card payment​:

​                  1. Amount that you need to pay

                  2. Citation number listed on your ticket

                       or Docket/Cause number

  • Agreeing to make a payment online constitutes a plea of 'no contest' to the violation.

​A 2.85% fee is charged by Certified Payments.

  • ​Payment will not be processed until the next business day. If there is a warrant for your arrest, it will not be recalled until the day the payment is posted.
  • Be sure to get the confirmation number when your payment has been accepted by Certified Payments. You will have the opportunity to print the receipt.
